Xbox 360 Wired Controller flashing green ring when plugged in.
This is most likely caused by the USB adapter being lose. Your xbox controller ends in a custom circular output. That output plugs seemlessly into a 6 inch USB adapter cable. Check the end of your cord and make sure that adapter is not loose.
